We built the digital product from the ground up for one of Malaysia's fastest-growing coffee chains — mobile app, backend, and ongoing server maintenance. Within the first three months, it served 15,000 users.
01 The challenge
Zus Coffee was scaling fast across Malaysia and needed digital touchpoints that could keep up — built from nothing, ready to support a nationwide rollout, and polished enough to match a brand customers were falling in love with.
A growing chain lives and dies on repeat visits. The digital experience had to make ordering and loyalty effortless, so every new location felt familiar the moment customers opened the app.
